Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number.

All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or UPS depending on weight and location.

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight, and courier rates.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be automatically provided. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website or the platform you purchased from (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or TikTok).
5. Combined Orders from Multiple Platforms
If you place multiple orders across platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop), items will be shipped separately unless otherwise arranged.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will assist in opening a claim with the courier or arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing such items will be shipped once all products are available unless you request separate shipments.
